Llyn Padarns is glacially formed lake in Snowdonia, Gwynedd, North Wales. The lake is approximately 2 miles long and at its deepest point is 94 feet deep, and is one of the largest natural lakes in Wales and it has a tree that is very popular as photograph, and I've always wanted to visit this place and photograph the loan tree. 
Its a 3hr drive from door to tree and I wanted to be standing at said point before sunrise, so 3.30am i was off made good time as no other idiot is up at that time on a Sunday morning, have to say it was well worth it, I was the only nutter there and quickly set up my tripod and got my composition i stood and watched, it wasn’t a particular stunning sunrise but the air and piece was something so special that made the getting up so worth it wouldn’t have mattered if the shot didn’t work out, to watch the sunrise at this beautiful place below Snowdon was good for the soul, got a few shots and with the drone, there is a free car park very close

Facilities: There are no facilities at the carpark so a half mile or 10 minute walk into Llanberis for toilets or shops.
